This privacy policy defines and illustrates how SELP Digial – a company whose offices are located at Route de Ribérac 24340 MAREUIL EN PÉRIGORD France (“SELP Digital”) uses and protects information that you transmit to us, if applicable, when you use this site accessible from the following URL: www.frizbee-solutions.com (hereinafter the “Website”).
Please note that this privacy policy may be modified or supplemented at any time by SELP Digital, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological development. 6. The duration of a conversation
Your Personal Information is kept by SELP Digital only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in 2 above which cannot in any cases exceed 24 months.
SELP Digital only stores your Data for the time necessary for the purpose set out in Article 4.
This storage period is not the same depending on the Data in question, the nature and purpose of the collection being liable to vary this period. Likewise, certain legal obligations impose a specific retention period.
When you subscribe to the Newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
When you contact SELP Digital using the various contact forms or communicate with us by telephone, your data will be kept for up to five (5) years from the last contact.
When you request it, your personal account will be deactivated and then completely deleted after the above mentioned periods from the day you made the request.
Finally, with regards to the Data collected by means of cookies or tracers, it will be kept up to (6) months for cookies or tracers measuring audience and up thirteen (13) months for others. Beyond the a mentioned retention periods, your Data will be anonymous to be kept for exclusively statistical purposes.

7. How is your data protected? 
Your Data is kept on secure servers and protected by firewalls and antivirus.

8. Reply duration
SELP Digital  undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period which may not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.

Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union                                                                                   SELP Digital informs you that it uses its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data that you have communicated to us. These providers can be located outside the European Union and have communication of the data collected through the various forms present on the Site (with the exception of the form allowing you to exercise your Data Protection rights which is offered and exploited by SELP).  SELP has previously ensured the implementation by its service providers of adequate guarantees and compliance with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use and data protection.
